Problem with collecting soulmate

1. iPod Touch 4thGen Version 5.1
2. Game Version 1.0.1
3. I bought a siamese cat luxury suite and chose to add a soulmate too. When the soulmate arrives, I'm supposed to click on the green tick at the lobby area to collect it. However, a few seconds after I have collected, the game will show a "Processing" sign and the soulmate is back the lobby area waiting for me to collect. I've tried restarting the game for more than ten times but the same problem occured. pls help! thanks!

Hi I reported the same issue with a French bulldog soulmate under the can't place baby thread. iPad 3 latest versions. Seems gem related. No issues with coin soulmates.

Yea..probably! I hope it can be solved soon cos i spent so many gems on them
