Serious bug with level points after visiting neighbors

Shortly after the mojey and points are taken away and the level you recently reached is gone and youre demoted to a lower one. Any animals unlocked are locked again. This happened to me 5-6 times untill I gave up and stopped visiting. I have comlained about it by e-mail to your support team #317007 awhile ago and was not answered.

Another thing is my pets, for some time now, look as a picture and not as an animation. Meaning they dont jump or move when touched, only make a sound. This also happened in zoo story 2.

Im using a glaxy nexus 4.04, and my game version is 1.0.5.3
