did you get charged? email support and send them copy of receipt i supppose
I've read where sometimes it can take a couple hours for your gems to show up. Uninstall/reinstall the game or reboot your device.
check your receipt and make sure the transaction went through(It was not canceled), If so, do as pinkster stated and and restart your game to see if they show up.
sometimes it may take a little time for them to show up.
If not, send an email to support@teamlava.com along with a copy of your receipt.

I was charged and still haven't received them. I have emailed them with order # and already restarted device. I will email receipt to them as well.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
