    Transfer Mistake

    What happens if you set up a new storm id by mistake and would like to transfer your game to a new device?

    You won't be ale to do the transfer yourself using the website. You will have to contact Support and they will fix things for you.

    Basically, it means that instead of an instantaneous transfer, you will have to wait for Support to fix it, which can take several days.
