Which goal items do you mean? There are so many goals now. =/
You must complete the part of the goal that unlocks the item, however, TL has past goal prizes in the storage and store, past goals are goals that you can no longer do, therefor the time limit has run out for those goals. :{D Hope this helps!
If you mean the recipes locked by goal, there are several from old goals stuck in the recipe catalog that can't be attained because those are holiday goals that are no longer available. I have some too.
Things locked by current goals, you have to work back and forth between the goals to unlock them. One part of a goal will unlock part of another one, and part of that one will unlock part of another one, you'll be bouncing back and forth between two or three goals the whole time until eventually the whole set will come together. It's kinda confusing at first, but you'll get the hang of it.
Things locked by expired goals, you can't unlock at all anymore, but they can't remove them from view, or else the players who did unlock those items would no longer be able to access them.
No goals so how can get new goals to complete
The goals currently are only available for a limited time. A new 15 Day Goal should start later today (keep an eye out for the new thread once it starts) and last until the 21st, on the 21st a 5 Day Goal will start and once that is over another 15 Day Goal starts on the 26th.
