I'm having a tough time and I have 15 max characters including emojis and no characters listed on the list that we can't use. I don't get it. I'm using a different font. Strange...any reasons? Thx

Goal parts show up in the pop up as if I am receiving them, but it's not actually counting up.

Yes im having same problem. Its taking a long time to build the appliance and i know my neighbor are good with returning requests & gifts....so wassup?

Where are you not receiving them? Are you redeeming them or requesting them? Screenshot will be very helpful.

Requests are going missing too.
Sometimes people are getting my requests, accepting and I dont get the item, OR I send the request, game SAYS i sent the request, but neighbours never get the request.
And no im not maxed.
This started same time that notifications stopped

Notifications not coming thru since about Tuesday 8/6. Both BS answer RS

Gem button is there but since a few days cannot see videos. Msgs I get are sorry video did not load try later or video did not finish would you try again. It used to work ok this happens on my IPhone and Ipad. Pls help any suggestions? Connections are ok

I think I'm facing the same issue and have flagged this over.
