    Try restarting your device, or deleting and reinstalling. If your items are still not there, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID and what happened.
    Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,

    I noticed this that may be an issue. I bought gem flooring that cost 1 gem each but it would subtract 2 gems when I purchased them and after I got out of design mode and waited 10 seconds the gems reflected the correct amount. Here are pics.

    Yes in the end it does take out the correct amount. I just thought you might want to know.

    I do not get my notification for crops bring wanted or comments bring left, I did two weeks ago I have not changed my settings. Also most of the time I can not see what's on my farm why.

    Just download the 1.5.1 onto my iPad1 still takes awile before my restaurant fully loads starts of with whie walls then loads tables and chairs etc with the more larger items last!
    visited a few neighbours and tipped them I had finished tipping before their restaurant had fully loaded on screen lol
    slight delay in leaving a message but not as bad as before
    I did move a few chairs around and didn't cause me any problems like before
    I don't keep apps open I always force close on exiting my bakery or restaurant and any other apps I may have open safari or email usually!
    I still think the processor in my iPad1 can't cope quickly with the high graphic content in the new version
    Back to valentine vs again far more stable but I will keep trying

    ISo device latest update seems that when I did update my customer have more than halved that come into my restaurant
