When do you get the tutorial goals with the guy with the hat? I don't think I got them

I don't, I guess I was just presuming you'd get goals to introduce the guy with the hat, I think he's referred to as a teacher. Like how you get goals to introduce the French guy in Bakery Story, you know? I just went forever without any new goals after the granny ones, and I don't wanna have missed out

I am using a Galaxy Exhibit Android. It seems that I can not cook food fast enough to keep customers happy. I try blocking the door so I can accumulate food but it seems to be still selling to customers. What am I doing wrong or what can I do to fix this problem? A person would think if you blocked the door the food would still be on the counters.

Blocking the door is not part of the design of the game.

The game will usually quick-sell all of your inventory if you block the door to your store. When you block the door, you may not see the customers coming in, but our system will still recognize them walking in and buying your items. When you open your door again, the consumption that took place while your door was blocked catches up, which is why it looks like you instantly lost all of your items.

If you want to avoid the quick-sell, don't block your door.

Split your stoves up: Cook quick stuff on a couple of them that you can throw on the counters every hour or so to build up stock, and cook longer stuff with higher serving numbers on the rest for a big boost every, say, six or eight hours, whatever suits your schedule. =D Don't worry about your customers being mad, all that does is make them come in slower, and that number will shoot right back up to 100 as soon as you serve something. ;-)

I am having a problem whenever I try to purchase an item that requires parts. I have the parts as items in the gift section and it says I need a constructable item to use the gift. When I try to purchase the item to use the parts it does not let me purchase so I can use the parts I have already. Please help me with this issue.

When you are buying a constructible item click up in the upper corner of the box... Do not hit the hammer.
