summer version doesn't work at all. completely crashes after several seconds, can't even close it, only reboot.

I just started playing Pet Shop story and it is so glitchy I am about to give up! BS, RS and FS all have their own issues, but this one takes the cake. Playing latest version on Android, htc incredible. Came on here to see if maybe there were some solutions, but I see I'm not the only one with game woes. Any advice besides reinstall? (I've, done so twice already and that doesn't seem to fix anything).
These are some things you can try:
If your Android device is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
Restart your device
Delete and reinstall the game *note - reinstalled games will need to be moved to the SD card again
Move game to the SD Card - go to Settings, Apps, specific game, click "Move to SD Card" or "Move to Internal Storage"
Clear cache - go to Settings, Apps, specific game, click "Clear Cache"
You can use a task ****er/manager to help free up memory for your device

I have not been able to playsince april. It crashes after about a minute, ans very slow. I have plenty of memory on sd card. I'm on a samsung statosphere phone version I405.05 and game version 1.063. Please help I've got a lot of money and time in game, love it, want to play. I've done everything uve sugested nothing has helped
