    I have a neighbor who I can not send gifts to. she is very understanding,but how can I send gifts to her?

    Are you getting the message that she has already received the maximum amount of gifts?
    Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
    and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.
