Didn't get free gems after instaling promotion apps (****, etc.)

On the upper right corner, there is a "free gems" icon. There are several apps they want you to download and you can get 3 free gems per app installed on your phone.
I downloaded **** but didn't get the free gems.
I logged onto my **** account and went back to the game but still nothing.

Send an email to support@teamlava.com. They had me contact another company to get the gems, which I did because I did an offer for a larger amount of gems. The second time it happened It was for a couple of gems and I let it go. . I decided to never do the free gem offers again.

I have done quite a few free gem offers have gotten all my gems this is what I do

Click on the free gems
Goes to play store after clicking on free gems
Download app
Now here is the important part do not exit out of the app store just go back or backspace until your back into your game

A waiting picture will pop up than the notice letting me know my gems were given hopes this helps
