I was brought up to respect all gifts because it's the thought that counts. So that's what i do in game. Unless i'm building something, and looking for an item in general... i take what i'm given with a smile on my face. I personally gift parts unless you ask me for something on my wall before i send out my daily gifts. Everybody is different tho so i don't get why anybody would get all twisted up about it. Hit decline and move on because we all have our own reasons for doing what we do and nobody here has the answer unless they are the person that gifted you personally. Just as you have the right to delete people because you don't like a gift, you should remember that they can delete and feel just the same once they find out your frowning about a gift.
