Silly question about changing rooms

Looking at the changing rooms in the design tab, I noticed some changing rooms are depicted with curtains opened and others curtains shut. I bought the seaside one, French changing room (curtains shut) and had a pink swirly one from a box and the red/gold from goals, all of these have an opaque floor at the bottom. But I noticed the snowflake room has a see through bottom which shows up design of the floor tiles and this room has curtains open. Anyone else who bought other changing rooms with curtains open, have see through floors?

Actually, my mistake, French one also has see through floors!

I only have 3 different ones and none of them have see-through floors. I have the standard black ones, the Ocean View, and the Seaside. I really wish we had more coin options for dressing rooms and that they weren't all for Gems! I really think the Seaside at 100k is really expensive and wish TL would add a 50k one instead of all these gem ones.
