Declining a gift..

Hey there

I think I've read we are allowed 20 gifts per day.
What happens if you decline a gift you didn't want?
Does it still count as one gift among your 20 allowed gifts? Or not?

If you decline a gift, it does not count toward your 20 gifts. It never was supposed to, but did for a while due to errors in the gifting system. I declined gifts yesterday in each of my 3 games and still collected 20 gifts per game.

Oh great, so that means I can decline the dog bowls I've recieved and no longer want, and I will receive more gifts until I have accepted 20 of them?

How long are those gifts displayed in mylist? There are still some fo 2 days ago which I already accepted, but I don't have room on my farm to place them yet. Some are even materials.

They display in your profile / news list until you gift back, but once you have accepted them and gifted back, they disappear from there.
You will find them in Edit / Inventory.

Yes but even when you gift back and they go away, they come back the next day. I have greyed out people sitting in my news feed that disappeared yesterday and are now back in there again since I went into the game this AM. The new gifts from these people disappeared, as I watered/gifted them back already, but their entry from yesterday came back and is now just sitting there being bothersome. LOL

Question on these old gifts popping up:

Is it possible that these are multiple instances of the same type of gift, or did you just receive 1 instance of this exact gift from the player and it's reappearing ?
