Definetly Indian, tandoor clay oven, tandoor chicken,curry, Samosa, Indian bread Nan, batik printed wall paper, tie and dye tables and chairs,the taaj mahal for decor and some exotic Indian dancers:-)

I'm going to assume that "southern" will include a new Orleans type theme?? Think that would be awesome! Gumbo, mardi gras, decorations.....so much to do with that!!!!!
