Help, my corgi disappeared & I'm not getting responses for permits or treats!

I have had nothing but problems since I installed the Valentine day pet shop app. I deleted the original pet shop app & still problems. Shut down Vday app several times too. Started with several sync errors, then my last corgi pup & upgraded bed disappeared. UGG! Now I'm not getting permits I need for expansion. I have sent out requests for 2 days. I never wait that long for neighbor responses....

Try deleting and reinstalling the valentines app. If that doesn't help then reinstall the original version.

Try syncing your device to itunes, this sometimes help with issues. also make sure you have the most current version for your device .
Then delete the valentine version and redownload it from the app store.
