Level 25 out of sync with XP progress bar

Got a new XP progress bar at 12000 XP but stayed level 24. Change to level 25, pop-up and all, occurred at 12030.

Mine too, stuck at the level 25 with 12904 XP, the bar not showing any progress.

The current level cap is set at 25. It is not possible to level any higher at this time.

While I'm here, the progress bar started across in 25 for about 1000 XP and then disappeared.
