server is out of sync

I get the server is out of sync error so often and just now is made me really made because my baby Hippo was ready, I placed it and started another and the error popped up and stole my baby Hippo. It shows one in the nursery as just starting. Every time the out of sync error happens I lose stuff.

Make sure when you come into the game, exit out of any message screens and pops up first , the go visit a nbr before trying to design , place, sell, etc .
AFter you have been away from your game, it takes a few seconds for your game to "wake Up" and catch up with the servers.
Jumping in too fast, you do things, but they are not saving on the servers. That is why you normally get the out of sync messages and some things do not take.

If I am going to be away from my game over a few hours, I usually close out the game so when I come back, it loads up
fresh.
