I Thought This Issue Was Being Fixed - Out of Sync

Well, again, I got a resoundingly painful out of sync error that makes it so I can't breed the dang All-Star QBs and thus I cannot get the 5 free gems. The game completely restarted my timer for my Cojack, despite it having been born, placed, collected from, then the thing restarted for an entire 8 hours. I am running out of time to breed my QBs and this error having popped up is ridiculous. What is the purpose of having a bug fix forum and having customer complaints if they aren't going to fix the issue?

Have you been able to place the cojack(it's been a few days since you started the thread )
Have you finished the family and got your gems?
