    They said it is not a physical object?

    I think they are taxed when purchasing it from TL. In that case, no one here can help you. I'm not sure why that is, but where you live that seems to be the policy. out of the control of TL. sorry

    There was a thread about this before. The taxes have nothing to do with tl. It is dependant upon the area you live in. It is decided by your state, provincial, and federal governments.

    Also, it doesn't have to be a physical object to be taxable. We pay taxes on services, cable signals, Wi-Fi signals etc.
