Help! My cloths are gone !!!

Please help. I don't know what happens, suddenly almost all of my cloths are gone. At first, my store is full with cloths because I spent weeks stocking up. I just updated to Valentine version couple days ago and are trying to complete the goal and then few minutes later, almost nothing left. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it but it didn't work. *Now, I am so upset.

I'm so sorry your distressed, it is upsetting when all our stock goes. Sorry, I have to ask was the door blocked in any way?
Did your stock go after downloading the new valentine version app?
If the door was blocked it sometimes results in a quick sale where all items are sold straight away. This was not a design feature from TL, the players developed this idea themselves. However, the players can't play 24/7. I've found it helps to visit other players straight after unblocking the door, this sometimes helps to prevent a quick sale.
Please let the forum/TL know if your stock vanished and the door was not blocked and had not been blocked in the days previously. Thanks.

Hi! I also have the same problem. I suddenly lost all my stocks today! I blocked the door, yes. But even before, i would block my door and my stocks would still be there, and this was after i have blocked the door for almost 8 hours (hey, i have to work you know =>). But today, i just blocked for less than 4 hours!
I have tried re-installing but the stocks are still not there, =<.

is there any chance i can still get it back? Just wishing....

Most likely it is gone now. Did you at least get the coins for the stock after this quick sale, or did you lose your stock and not receive anything for it?

Since Blocking the door is not part of the design of the game, sometimes you get the quick sale and sometimes not. No way to predict if or when this will happen.

The game will usually quick-sell all of your inventory if you block the door to your store. When you block the door, you may not see the customers coming in, but our system will still recognize them walking in and buying your items. When you open your door again, the consumption that took place while your door was blocked catches up, which is why it looks like you instantly lost all of your items.

If you want to avoid the quick-sell, don't block your door.

Best thing to do is to close off a section of your store instead of blocking your doors. Make it so that the customers have access to the cashier though. You can either use decor or empty shelves or racks to prevent access to clothes, or you can allow customers to have access to mirrors and black pumps (since we all have far too many of those, usually) or whichever clothes you don't mind selling and allow those to sell out during the period you want to be "closed".

Other way is to block the cash register or mirrors & changing rooms and leave the doors open. That way nothing sells and you avoid quick sales.
