Has it been 5 business days?
If it has been over 5 working days, respond back to your email that has your ticket number on it and check on the status. Also, if you have not already done so, make sure you send them
a copy of your receipt.

I am having issues purchasing gems. I was able to with no problems for months but a week or two ago i get to the screen to purchase them and it tells me that the purchase was unable to go through. I have tried with my credit card and my phone account linked to my phone. I am able to buy other things from non team lava games so I know its not my phone. What is going on here?
