Too bad there wasn't a river going through it more and not just under the bridge. It's cute but with no extended river it's gonna look funny with grass on either side of it and then water underneath it.

You are most likely right. Myself I think I'd get to frustrated trying to do that. I tried to make a waterfall/river out of blue hay bales and couldn't even manage that. It just turned out funny. I've seen others who have done it well but I'm just not one of those creative types lol
