Game not loading on my iPhone

Have posted 2 different times on the report a problem link, and have recieved no response. This is day 14 and this still will not load. Have tried rebooting phone, checked for updates for this app, nothing works. Do not want to uninstall/reinstall because I will lose my progress and all of my neighbors. Would really like some help with this as I really enjoy this app.
My farm ID is doc143.

Maybe a better idea would be to contact apple technical support, this seems like an iPhone problem, not a Farm Story Problem.

Have checked with apple, and is not an iPhone issue. Every other app on my phone works except this one. It just quit working all of a sudden. When click on farm story, the music comes on, nut it just stays in the loading screen with the music playing.

Is your phone jailbroken?

How old is your phone?

How does your phone's memory look?

What is your phones autolock timer set on?

Try resetting all network setting?

Phone is a 3Gs, and is leas than 6 months old.
Have 27.5 gb memory remaining.
Tried the reset network settings and still not loading.
Autolock set for 2 minutes.

How about backing up your info to itunes, master resetting the phone, restoring programs?
