If you guys can make like a restaurt button or option to have that will be great their is a lot of people that would like to restaurt from level 1.

Restarting is not currently available, and whilst it would be a good feature to have at some point I'd personally prefer that they get a few other things done first. Such as a block feature, or fixing a few more problems.
I'd also be concerned that people might accidentally restart unless it was really clear, like their Storm8 games.
