Apple Cider?

in one of the goals, one of your required tasks is to make apple cider. i figured it would be in the 'holiday drink mixer', but after i built it, there were only two available recipes and no cider. :/ is it a recipe that's unlocked by another goal or achieving a level, or is it under the regular drink mixer and i just overlooked it? D: please help, as i'd like to achieve all the goals before they're gone^^;
