Thread: Bought the gems, games crashed & no gems. Pls help... :'(

    Bought the gems, games crashed & no gems. Pls help... :'(

    I made 2 purchased of gems on fashion & farm story. The billing of the purchases accepted via emails. But i received no gems & my games suddenly crashed.

    For information, i never change anything but the infos of my cc since the old one has expired. But if that's the case, the purchase would not be approved in the first place.

    I never change my device (Samsung galaxy tab GT P7300, android version 3.1) nor my ID : deeryu21.
    Can anyone tell me what the problem was? Thanks in advance. Appreciate it.. :-)

    Happened to me too. Purchased gems on fashion but unfortunately game force closed. Got the billing emailed but no gems. All I could do is email TL support. Will probably take a few days before they reply though

    What device does everyone play on? Try deleting your game and redownload it from the app store to see if gems show up.
    If not email support@teamlava.com and also send them a copy of your receipt.

    I reinstalled the games & got the gems I purchased before.. \( ^ _ ^ )/

    Usually you will need to restart the game in order for the game data to refresh with your new gem balance.
