Giant thumbs?!

Hi

I've seen this before in a couple of my nbrs boutiques, but I currently have 2 giant thumbs over my pink piano and perfume display. It happened after I got pink piano and then when I moved perfume display... Any ideas?

Are they red and more like a fist or are they the blue thumbs similar to the likes?

I've had issues before in Nightclub when a motionless dance marker wouldn't go away - it had never been on a dance tile, either.

This could be the issue.

They are like the "like" blue thumbs but they don't move and are huge! I've seen them in nbrs boutiques before, maybe just have to wait and they will disappear themselves??
