Email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID and games, and what happened. They will be able to help transfer the game back.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM
You can also try to use a Storm8 game to do the transfer on your own and see if you're able to get your games back. Follow the same steps you would to transfer to another device using your device you want the games on.
