TL develops new games and features for iOS and then ports to Android. They have an incredibly large amount of problems in both games, and will most likely make the iOS version a little more stable before they start to port to Android. I wouldn't expect anything until March or maybe later, and then be happy if it comes sooner.

Its a bet. March for me, June for you.

The gem prices are incredibly high in both games. TL will want to get them out soon since they can make a lot of money from people playing them. They got out a few new games to Android (e.g., Fashion) before they got out the Farm, RS, and BS constructables.
