It depends on what level you're at, but if you're of a high enough level, then you'll find it in the Stove's Lunch menu.

Thank you for your reply. I guess I should have clarified that I am on level 15 and I was asking about green leaf veggie salad not fruit salad. I don't have the lettuce salad in my menu and I have a grill and stove ... hmmm
