No Name Glitch Again On PSS

I just downloaded PSS a few minutes ago and around level 3 or 4 named my pet shop. It took 10 gems from me to do this. The name did take. I exited out of the game shut down the ipad went back in and I was back to No Name and still only had 2 gems. I'm on an iPad with 5.0.1 installed. I've also got the no name glitch on BS Christmas. Ugggg what is wrong with my id? I swear it is cursed. It really is getting a bit ridiculous right now.

We also put an emoji in the name and it cut off the name at the emoji for the couple of minutes it was there.

I have the same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled app but that didn't help. Most of the time, I have "no name" displayed as the shop name and this means I can't post nor add neighbours! Once in the blue moon, I have the part of the shop name displayed just before the emoji symbol in the full name. It has to do with the emojis, I can't post full emoji messages on walls on all my other TL games.

Don't laugh but I sent an e-mail to TL support, the auto-reply to my e-mail showed that my e-mail to them was cut off just before the emoji symbol!!! Had to re-send without emoji!

But why didn't take 10 gems from me to add the name in the first place? I could handle the no name glitch. I have it in BS too.

I am not sure why you were charged 10 gems for the first time setting up your new name. I will flag over.
you stated you were back down to "no name" does that mean you already had try to set up name and it went to no name so you tried to set up name again, then were charged the 10 gems?
Did you get a warning that changing would cost 10 gems? When you went in to the name was anything showing in the box or was it blank?

Also go ahead and send an email to support@teamlava.com make sure you tell them that you were new to the game and it was the first time you went in to set up your name.

I also have the name glitch! Paid my 10 gems to change my name in bakery story. It took the gems and now I have no name. I am unable to accept new neighbours or post messages on walls because it keeps telling me to name my bakery and demanding more gems!
