I had emailed support. The reply I got back said they had reset my game, something like that, and had me delete app, redownload it, than turn off and turn on my phone, and try to see if that had worked. When I tried, it still wasn't working. I got another reply stating that they were sending it on to engineering department, and that engineering department was unable to send reply emails about anything. I have been installing the app every once in a while, to see if it was working. Installed it yesterday and it works just like it used to. I had 9 stoves out with seafood pealla (sp) cooking. They were ready to collect, I was afraid they had spoiled. Not sure what exactly was the problem, a glitch somewhere I'm guessing.
