Can you please find out how they decide who is going to get these special offers? Is it the phone device? Doesn't seem fair to post that it's coming to Farm Story as noted below and not make it available to everyone who spends their hard earned money on the game. So, please clarify how the decision is made.
The limited offers,gems sales, etc are sent out randomly.
