lost gems but didn't receive item from sirprise box
I tried to purchase the new surprise box with 24 gems. It took my gems but didn't tell me what I was getting or give me anything.

Have you checked for any new items showing under design either the clock or flower pots symbols?
If nothing is showing email support@teamlava.com giving your storm8 ID, what happened and the game involved.

Additionally, try to avoid words such as "bug" and "glitch" in your e-mail, plus remember that they'll be limited due to Thanksgiving (maybe if you wish the a happy Thanksgiving they'll be more willing to help).
