Did I actually purchase gems when My grandson hit the buy gems button? WAs it charged to my credit card?

It was charged to your iTunes account. If you have a credit card attached to your iTunes account it was charged.

You will have to ask iTunes to reverse the charge and then you can go into your device's settings and program it to not accept in app purchases without inputting your iTunes ID.

I really want to buy gems on my resturant city, but is says I need a new sandbox account, what is it and how do I do it??

Does anybody know whether I can buy gems for 'Restaurant Story' using an itunes account that has a purchased/pre-paid itunes card registered to it (as opposed to a credit card)?

The itunes account is linked to my iPhone

Any help would be appreciated
