Picnic gazebo and beverly mansion. I think the beverly mansion is easily the prettiest residence in the game. I can't justify the cash for it this week but I would buy it in the future for sure.
Oh, and wasn't there a limited time building for the university? I think I really liked it but my memory is hazy.
