    I had a girl at work draw a toilet on a big pink poster board and every time she went on the potty she got to pot a sticker on the toilet. I bought a bunch of cool stickers for her to choose from and she loved it. (I saved the poster too. I am thinking of using it to decorate at her graduation party...insert evil parent laugh here.)
