The notifications have been having issues for a while. TL is trying to fix them. Try restarting your device, and even deleting and reinstalling the game you won't lose your progress, it's saved on TLs servers.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM

You might get lucky and get the notification back if u do like i did;
Delete app. restart phone. DO NOT DL THE NEW APP BUT THE OLDER NORMAL ONE. Hope for the best and perhaps u get yre notification back. I lost mine in CS (made me stop building stuff), i lost it in RS (cant get it bck, ive tried alot) and i lost it in FS but got it back this way. Good luck!
