Lost floor/wall decorations and doors

my bakery stoy is corrupted.i dont have a door anymore so no customers cant get in. cant level up. no use for 50gems coz cant buy floors neither. how can i buy a door its not in the design icon. im in level 66 already and it will get lost just this easy?

I still can't get into each game. Does that mean my floors/wall, etc will be okay? I do not enjoy decorating.

I've lost everything as well. I'm on iPod touch. The gems are nice but I am at level 62 and have lost hundreds of thousands of coins! Are we getting those back as well?

50 gems is hardly anything to recover the lost items. Come on Team Lava. It also does not recover gift offers that had been with gem purchases.
