Where did the managed food went?

I tapped on my Garden Salad and it says tap again to manage, then I tap again out of curiosity! I found myself in the "Managed Counter" pop-up window giving me 2 choices 1)clear this counter 2)keep the food. I tapped on both and the counter has nothing on it anymore. Now I am wondering where did the food went and can I place them back on the counter again? If yes, then what should I do? I didn't get any coins for clearing the counter, and I don't hope that I am actually deleting the food and didn't earn any coin. Please advice!! thanks!
