    binoculars?

    I just noticed today that every time I tap on a neighbors item it sparkles and sends up what looks like a pair of brass binoculars. Am I just now seeing this or is it something new and what is it?

    In the bottom left corner, there's a binocular sign with a number; how mang tours you have left to give. As with all the other games, it's just saying "you used one more tour".

    OK very weird I don't have a binocular sign. On the far left is the menu then in the middle is my star rating then on right is gift, tour, home. I've never seen the binocular sign.
