Same here, I had quit playing for awhile because Farm Story is stale, but I came back to buy the mansion and of course it wont even let me buy it even though I have over 20 million coins and cleared more than enough land for the mansion.

you need to have two extra free rows of fields in front of the mansion in order to place it

Thank you, I purchased my mansion but you can not have a pathway to it as for some reason you have to have the extra two rows of farm land empty in front of the mansion
