Leveling up on drinks not working?

I just put up a bunch of 1 day drinks (meteor, to be more specific). And the bar under the drink did not move an inch. I am at the beginning of level 3 and it stayed that way. Has anybody else noted the same thing?

The higher up in level the longer it takes to level up, so the bar moves very slowly. It's the same with when visiting neighbors and dancing - at level 3 sometimes you can't even tell the bar moved because between level 0-1 there is 5, 1-2 there is 25 needed, 2-3 you need 125, and between 3-4 you end up needing 625 to level up (individual dancers).

It will usually go up when you serve the drinks. Just preparing them, especially moving between rank 3 to rank 4, it will hardly move.

Thanks for ur feedback, I did notice that after I served the drinks I got the gems.
