Wow! Awesome! If this is gem i wouldnt be suprised, but i would be thuroughly dissapointed. Maybe well get water tile tht match it hmmm?

if not, everyone's city (at least for those who buy gems) will be a Mini World Expo. (we cannot place houses or other buildings anymore) except those like this one, Pearl Tower, Empire state building, etc...
I dont think its dullish, just darker. Since its the ocean it should be darker than the rivers
