The title says it all. It's got me really pissed becase i got the email confirming the purchas and yet. Nope no Gems. This needs to be fixed NOW because i feel like i just got scamed.

Try restarting your device, or even deleting and reinstalling the game. Your progress is saved on TLs servers. If that doesn't make them show up, you will need to email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, a description of what happened, and a copy of the receipt.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,

Sorry to hear this. Sometimes this happens and it can take a little while for the gems to appear, sometimes up to a few hours or a day. If they do not appear after doing what greygull said, then do the rest of what greygull said and send an email to support@teamlava.com
