Try deleting and restalling the application.
Also I have found that if I sync to itunes with my iphone, sometimes it helps with these issues Also when synced with Itunes make sure you have the most current IOS version. 4.3.5

I tried to install and reinstall but unfortunately doesn't work with OS 3.1.3 iPod 2ndgen...I have to transfer my FS game from my iPod to iphone4 OS 4.3.3 and it works...:-)

I updated my character in closet. paid for with gems and money, the game froze and when I was able to get back in, the game had eaten my gems and money but the closet had NOT updated

For the lost of gems, you will need to email support@teamlava.com
Give them your storm ID, the game .. Also provide them with the device you play on and its IOS version. Let them know if you play on Wifi or 3G.
Also give them the version of the game you are playing(in help menu)

I'm not receiving gifts from my neighbors. And there are about 50 I can't seem to send gifts to. I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Also this is happening in farm story. Any ideas on what's wrong?

I have the current version on my ipod touch 4th geneeration ive gifted my nbrs about 10 times and they wont go off the list!!! this is bothering me

i have an samsung galaxy 2 android telephone
fashion story on it version 1.0.6
when i reached level 33 it says i get new clothes a jeans skirt a leather bracelet and a third thing do not remember it what is was.
But everywhere i looked no new clothes :-( I did try to restart the phone deleted and reinstalled also fashion story nothing happened.
