The same iphone 3GS can't do material requests from friends in RS, BS and CityStory as well

iPod Touch 2G with fresh install cannot help my neighbours with free build material too... Didn't try other games.

I have ipad2. I don't know my game version but i installed it 3 months ago. Experiencing the same problem.
