    Exclamation New phone

    I just switched phones and when I downloaded the my the app it has started my game all over. is there a way for me to log in with my storm id so that I can pick up where I left off?

    Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
    and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.

    it worked for my bakery, not for my restaurant so for but there isn't even an option to transfer my fashion story do you know anything about that?

    You got your bakery back, but not the others? That I haven't heard of happening before, I don't think. You would need to email support@teamlava.com they would be able to help you with it.

    when you transfer one game all games under that storm Id will transfer. If you did not download all of your games to your new device, then the those games get lost in the transfer.
    you will need to email support. Tell them what games did not transfer and your storm ID. They will email you back some additional things you will need to do so they can search for your games that got lost in limbo.
