I saw those Senior member,Post,join date under the people name.Does I have that to?

There is a glitch where that information is no longer displayed for new users. People who have that information under their names joined before the glitch.

How do you know how many posts you have?

Click on My Profile at the top and then the About Me tab. Its in there. Sometimes that doesn't display for me; I have no idea why not.

So then go into Community -> Member List => Search Members and search for you
